In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and rounded with a good balance between acidity and sweetness. Long and lingering. The red fruit (strawberry) emerges again in the aftertaste.
This light and very versatile wine makes an excellent accompaniment to dishes such as steak tartar, tuna pasties, stuffed Piquillo peppers, or a fresh seasonal tomato salad.
